By accessing this Website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under the laws of Hong Kong.

2. Product Information

We offer:

• Motorcycle Bluetooth communication systems

• Air pumps

• Related accessories

We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and clear. However, as products may be improved over time or vary slightly between production batches, minor differences in appearance or packaging may occur and shall not be considered defects.

If you have any questions about a product, please feel free to contact us before purchase.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order and complete payment, we will issue an order confirmation.

A binding contract is formed once payment is received and the order is confirmed.

In the unlikely event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or other reasonable circumstances, we may need to cancel an order and will notify you accordingly.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and provide estimated delivery timelines.

Actual delivery times may vary due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

5. Returns (Quality Assurance Policy)

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to assisting customers if genuine product issues arise.

Returns may be arranged in the following situations:

• Verified manufacturing defects

• Functional malfunction under normal usage not caused by human factors

Returns generally do not apply in cases of:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect purchase decision

• Damage caused by dropping, impact, or misuse

• Unauthorized repair or modification

• Water damage resulting from use beyond the product’s rated protection level

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of discovering the defect and provide:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos or video evidence

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) of Hong Kong.

6. Two-Year Limited Warranty

All products are covered by a Two-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

Under normal use, if a product develops a manufacturing or electronic fault, we will arrange repair or replacement.

The warranty does not cover:

• Human-caused damage

• Accidental damage

• Improper charging or battery misuse

• Exposure beyond the stated waterproof rating

• Normal wear and tear

Where warranty conditions are met, we may, at our discretion:

• Repair the product

• Replace with a new or inspected unit

We aim to handle all warranty claims fairly and reasonably.

7. Safety Reminder

Motorcycle riding involves inherent risks.

Our communication devices are designed to enhance convenience, but they should not compromise riding attention or safety.

Users are responsible for operating products safely and in compliance with traffic laws.

We are not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from improper or unsafe use.

8. Battery and Waterproof Notice

Some products contain lithium-ion batteries. Please use appropriate charging equipment and avoid exposure to extreme heat or overcharging.

Any stated IP waterproof rating reflects laboratory test conditions. Prolonged water exposure or use beyond recommended conditions may affect performance and is not covered under warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
